Community Swimming Pool

Holloway Drive, Building 338 (in the Magnolia I neighborhood)

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday: 10am - 7pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

The community swimming pool is available to residents Memorial Day through Labor Day. Residents are allowed to bring in food and drinks and even host birthday parties at the community swimming pool.

Playgrounds & Tot Lots

Playgrounds are located throughout the community for resident enjoyment. Features include climbing equipment, swings, and park benches. These are toddler-friendly playgrounds. Children ten years of age and under must be supervised by an adult.

Additional Amenities

Residents also have access to many MWR owned and operated features such as a dog park, movie theatre, and gym. The dog park is located near Sigsbee Lake.
